Mechanics
- Runewords Mania, Hysteria, Metamorphosis, Ground, Temper, Hearth, Cure, and Bulwark — move from Ladder-only to Non-Ladder; new Ladder-only versions replace them for Season 15 active
- Latent Sunder Charms — Magic Find drops now restricted to Hell difficulty only nerf
- Worldstone Shard — drop rate reduced in Terror Zones; an additional item now drops alongside it nerf
- Ancient Statues — drop rate reduced in Terror Zones nerf

- Sigil: Death — mana consumption and skill scaling fixed active
